Texas Coalition of Authors is a non-profit organization composed of writers and literary organizations in Texas and the region. Membership is free. You do not have to live in Texas or be a published author to subscribe. Two newsletters, published monthly on the first and delivered via an email link, are compilations of items submitted by our 650 author subscribers.
Our by-laws state: TCoA is a professional association for published authors, aspiring authors, and related industries in the State of Texas. TCoA accepts as its mission the promotion of literacy in the state and coordination of efforts to organize events for members to promote their writing through participation in book shows, literary fairs, festivals, TCoA publications, and other opportunities as they present themselves.
